Blar held the position of VP Global Accounting and made an immediate impact with his strong people management skills. I particularly admire Blair's ability to identify and build high performing teams from scratch. Blair's portfolio includes M & A, investor relations, technical accounting, international tax and generally management of all information flow coming in and going out to external stakeholders.
